If you need to verify whether a specific rotary actuator can meet the absolute accuracy certified by a third-party agency in the article, please be sure to perform the test under the same measurement standard under a professional measurement agency.

The most common invalid accuracy test is to connect a reference encoder externally for point-to-point comparison. Because the installation parallelism, coaxiality, machining errors of all installation parts, and the measurement errors used for the measurement behavior itself will cause the measurement errors to be much greater than the actual accuracy. And the error also includes the error of the reference encoder itself, the error introduced by the temperature of the experimental environment and the temperature of the experimental object.

The robotic rotary actuators in this report are the measurement results obtained by performing additional calibration operations in the measurement environment of the agency. It does not mean that each of our products can achieve the above accuracy. Under normal measurement conditions, the repeat positioning accuracy can usually be measured within 200% of the reported accuracy, within about ±15″.

The absolute positioning accuracy is affected by the installation accuracy and the deformation of the product caused by the installation behavior itself, and the measured error is usually much larger than the results reported above.

Under normal measurement conditions, the high-precision products usually measure the absolute positioning error within ±100″, but it may be higher.

Under normal measurement conditions, the ordinary products usually measure the absolute positioning error within ±300″, but it may be higher.

Our products have excellent precision performance in most occasions. However, from the perspective of laws and regulations, we do not guarantee the actual accuracy performance of the product.
