eRob Rotary Actuator Important Upgrade Notice
We are excited to announce a significant upgrade to our eRob Rotary Actuator, aimed at enhancing the fault tolerance of the eRob Rotary Actuator during the payload installation process. This improvement is part of our ongoing commitment to providing our customers with the most reliable products.
Addition of Locking Screws on the Output Shaft: These additional screws are added to improve the locking force and installation stability of the output shaft.
Addition of Locking Screw Holes on the Output Shaft: These additional holes enhance the locking force and installation stability of the payload affixed to the output shaft.
This upgrade significantly improves the fault tolerance of the eRob Rotary Actuator during the payload installation process. It reduces the likelihood of output shaft displacement due to accidental improper payload installation practices, thereby mitigating issues such as vibration, abnormal noise, erroneous position readings, damage, and performance degradation.
This upgrade will not affect the location and size of the output shaft mounting screw hole on the eRob. The old and new versions are fully compatible, so no adjustments to the payload mounting flange design are required.
The upgraded products will be shipped through a seamless transition between the new and old versions. During this transition period, customers may receive both the new and old versions of the product.
